Dickinson challenges our students to think differently and act big. We were founded to educate students through the arts and sciences to be decisive, useful, curious and unafraid to engage the world. In these challenging times and as we move into the future, the world needs more (not less!) of what our students are doing: interdisciplinary thinking and creative problem solving, collaborating across differences and seeking and gathering different perspectives, while maintaining a broad global perspective and respecting the interconnectedness of our world.
